What every student sees on Home: official announcements and featured listings.
Shows on every student's Home as an Official card in Campus news, for 14 days unless you set an end. Urgent goes to the red banner at the top of Home instead, for 3 days unless you set an end.
Your pinned listings. They lead the Featured row on Home and the Marketplace, newest first.
Export all student profiles — name, email, major, year, listing count, join date, status.
Export all listings — title, type, rent, location, desc, status, poster, date.
Export conversation metadata — participants, listing, message count, last active. No message content.
Export all filed reports — reporter, target, listing, details, date, status.
Full admin activity log — approvals, rejections, edits, suspensions, color changes.
Every table your admin account can read, as one JSON file — students, listings, books, clubs, events, reports, appeals, logs, and messages (who and when, never what was said). Photos are not included. A record for you, not a restorable backup: the weekly encrypted database backup is what restores the site.
The metrics above come directly from Supabase data. The following require additional infrastructure and are planned for a later phase:
Photo files that no listing, book, profile, club or event uses any more — left behind by deleted posts, replaced photos, and the old "Delete forever". Nobody can find them in Nestrel, but anyone with the address could still open one. Files from the last 24 hours are never counted, in case a post is still being saved.
This is how you appear to students when using "Switch to student view." Students see this name and avatar — not your personal admin credentials.
